On Saturday 12 February, the Province of Groningen is organizing an Open Day in the Wierdeland of Ezinge. The Province wants to let everyone experience what the province does for the Groninger Landschap.
On the Open Day, visitors can get information about the characteristic mounds, dykes, salt marshes, banks and farms. Visitors can do all sorts of things that day: an excursion by bus, a guided tour of the museum or a circular walk through the landscape led by a guide. A route description is available for those who wish to travel by car.
During the Open Day, from 13.30 to 16.30, the museum can be visited free of charge.

The province of Groningen organizes several Open Days on location within the framework of the Provincial Council elections of 2 March. To show all its inhabitants where the province is involved.
